In case of purchasing a ring in stock it is possible to change its size, provided the design allows for it. Please contact us before placing an order.

We are pleased to offer complimentary delivery on all local orders.

We are pleased to offer complimentary international delivery on orders over USD1000.

We use EMS, DHL, FedEx. For other options please contact us by email or phone before placing an order.

In case the item is not in stock and has to be manufactured it usually takes 4 to 6 weeks depending on complexities of the ordered product and availability of materials.

In case the item is in stock it takes 3-5 working days to ship. The time to fulfill the order will also depend on any additional customizations, like changing a size or making a custom engraving.

In case you are not fully satisfied with the item you purchased we are happy to offer a refund or exchange. Returns or exchanges must be done within 14 days of the purchase. All items must still have the original tag label attached, but be unworn and have all original packaging.

In case the goods have been delivered to the customer damaged or there is a manufacturing fault we will accept such items for repair within 12 months since the date of the purchase.

All items purchased at Amanda Jewels are subject to 12 months warranty since the day of the purchase. After 12 months we will accept the goods for repair for additional charge of shipping, labor and material costs.

Personalised, bespoke, altered or otherwise made to your specification or marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase, those are the goods that cannot be returned and refunded.

The price you pay on Amanda Jewels will exclude all import duties and taxes of your country of delivery.  To release your order from customs you will have to pay those duties and taxes to the shipping courier by yourself. The exact amount of the taxes to be paid will depend on each individual country and the items price. We recommend that you contact your local customs office before placing an order.
